   2. The diary must have a date and possibly a time, Querido diario, and a sign-off. Typically, diarios are written at night before someone goes to sleep or when they can't sleep so you may want to start your diary with something like <<no tengo ganas de dormir>> or <<no puedo dormir>> and <<tengo sueño>> or <<ya tengo sueño>> at the end.

   6. Talk TO your diary, as if it is your close friend, someone that really understands you.
